Refund policy

Overview

Figmond Art works with a print-on-demand fulfillment service, meaning all products are made to order once a purchase is placed.

Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted if a customer orders the wrong product or changes their mind after purchase. 

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or misprint, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. To qualify, you must submit a request within 30 days of delivery. 

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns; however, we may offer a refund or store credit when appropriate. To begin the refund process, you must first receive your order. After delivery, you will receive an email from customer@trackorder.site. This email will give you the option to report an issue. Click the “Report an issue” link on the page. On the following page, locate the product you would like refunded and select “Report an issue” again. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

If you experience any issues with the “Report an issue” link in the email from customer@trackorder.site, please reply to your order confirmation or delivery email, and a new link will be reissued.

If your request has been approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us via the email provided at the bottom of your order confirmation receipt or reply to the order confirmation receipt you received via email. 

Cancellations

Because our products are printed on demand and production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not always possible.

If you request a cancellation before production begins, we may be able to issue a full refund.

Once production has started, cancellations or refunds for change-of-mind reasons will not be accepted. However, exceptions to this rule are at our discretion.
